Carmelo Arroyo is the founder and president of Xpert Tax Resolution Services, Inc. Carmelo is an IRS licensed Enrolled Agent and has an MBA in Accounting. He has extensive experience in representing individual and corporate clients before the IRS. Prior to establishing Xpert Tax, he was a tax auditor with the Florida Department of Revenue. He is a member of National Association of Enrolled Agents, The American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, and The National Association of Tax Professionals.
